Not by default. Care Home Workflow Solutions is modular and configured around the needs of each Care Home. The core focus is operational workflow and information organisation, such as handover, resident overview, incident follow-up, open actions, hospital transfer summaries and manager visibility.

We do not want homes paying for modules they do not need. If your home believes a Care Plans module would be useful, it can be discussed and implemented within the agreed scope. However, any Care Plans module would support structure and organisation only. It would not create, complete or approve care plans independently, and it would not replace professional judgement, regulatory records or staff review.

Do we need to pay for every module?

No. The system can be configured around the areas that matter most to your home. A pilot may focus on one area only, such as handover, incident follow-up, hospital transfer summaries or manager overview.

Does the system make clinical decisions?
